Hi!! My name is Isabel Assif and I am an incoming junior looking to sublease my apartment for spring!! It is a fully furnished 6 bedroom 6 bathroom apartment in Blume on 16th, a brand new apartment!! The building has many amenities such as a sauna, roof deck, study spaces, a gym, an indoor jacuzzi, and a yoga studio! If you look at the format I am bedroom C, and since the bathroom is not attached to my room the rent is $80 cheaper than the other rooms! 4/6 of us will be away in the spring so if you have any friends that would want to sublease too that would be perfect!!!! The two girls staying are amazing, both are juniors and health science majors and they are the sweetest and most welcoming girls!! Please message me if you are interested!! I am willing to give money toward rent!
